A big day

We're off through the Lake District today.




That means going through Kendal, which is nice.

It also means going up and over Shap Fell, a seven-mile long hill.

    Hope the knee holds up, good luck up the steep hill. Why not get 70 yr old bedmate to give you a gender reorientation knee massage - looking forward to hearing how that goes! x
